GOODBYE SUDBURY!!!!!

Today is the day I venture off into Burlington, another city where my goal is to inspire people out there to GET OFF THEIR ASSES AND GET INTO SHAPE. 
To my Sudbury participants in spin, zumba, or private training...no one is as intense as you and never forget it! Continue to make me proud...and follow me on my journey! Maybe you will come across someone across Ontario that has the same challenges as you! Use this blog and my website to feed off eachother and create a healthier province!!!!
