Zumba in Sudbury!!!

Hey!! I taped this song for Britney's last class at Lasalle in Sudbury. Brit you are amazing and your class was so fun. I didn't want to sweat but I had to join in! Luckily no one zumba'ed on my camera, glasses, jewelery or purse. HA!

Today is the day I venture off into Burlington, another city where my goal is to inspire people out there to GET OFF THEIR ASSES AND GET INTO SHAPE. 

To my Sudbury participants in spin, zumba, or private training...no one is as intense as you and never forget it! Continue to make me proud...and follow me on my journey!
